Thank you for choosing to work with me as your Reiki practitioner.

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") set forth the terms and

conditions that apply to the use of my services as a Reiki

practitioner ("Services"). By scheduling an appointment with me,

you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Services: I offer Reiki sessions to individuals who are seeking

to improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I

am not a licensed medical professional, and my Services are not

intended to replace or substitute for medical care or treatment. I

do not diagnose, prescribe medications, or offer medical advice

2. Scheduling: To schedule a session, please contact me via email,

phone or through my website. I will do my best to accommodate your

preferred date and time, subject to availability.

3. Fees: The fees for my Services are stated on my website or in

any promotional materials I may distribute. Payment is due at the

time of service. I accept cash, check or electronic payments. I

reserve the right to change my fees at any time, but any changes

will not apply to services that have already been scheduled.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours

of booking for a refund and reschedules must be made before a week

prior to the already booked session.

4. Confidentiality: All information that you share with me during

our sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where

disclosure is required by law.

6.Release of Liability: By agreeing to these terms, you agree to

release me from any and all liability for any injuries, damages,

or losses that may result from your use of my Services. You

acknowledge that Reiki is a complementary therapy and that you

assume full responsibility for your use of my Services.

7.Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed

in accordance with the laws of the state or province where I am

located.

By scheduling a session with me, you acknowledge that you have

read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this
